What is new at Access Service?

Ventus Professor Portal

New in fall 2016, Access Service and SASS-IT are proud to announce the unveiling of the Professor Portal!

Professors will now receive one email inviting them to log in to the Professor Portal rather than receiving numerous emails.

The Professor Portal allows the professor to:

  • See a list of all accommodations needed for each course
  • Submit pre-filled Notices of Examination (NOE)
  • Delete and modify NOEs already submitted
  • Fil out / edit Proctor Instruction sheets
  • See which students have confirmed to write the exam at Access Service (with accommodations) or in-class (without accommodation)

Here is the link to log in to the new Ventus Professor Portal.: https://sassit.uottawa.ca/apps/ventus/instructor

If you have any questions please contact Access Service.
