PD Days, March Break & Clubs
The Adventures clubs are an exceptional way of extending the program’s summer camp fun during the year.
WINTER CLUBS 2017
Targeting participants in grades 3-6, these bilingual educational initiatives provide a positive atmosphere to promote science and engineering. The clubs run for 2.5 hours and participants engage in fun, hands-on activities.
EngSci Club & GirlSci Club allow for a nice mix of engineering and science through innovative build projects, chemistry experiments, 3D printing, and much more! Please note that EngSci and GirlSci repeat the same curriculum, but that GirlSci is only open to female participants whereas EngSci is open to both boys and girls.
MiniMed Club & GirlMed Club gives participants the opportunity to discover the fascinating world of medicine! They will explore different aspects of this wonderful profession through diverse projects. Please note that MiniMed and GirlMed repeat the same curriculum, but that GirlMed is only open to female participants whereas MiniMed is open to both boys and girls.

All clubs are offered in a bilingual setting.

Every Saturday from January 14th - April 1st inclusive
(with the exception of March 11th and 18th, due to March Break)
Hours:
EngSci Club 9:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
GirlMed Club 9:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
GirlSci Club 1:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
MiniMed Club 1:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
* Please note that the curriculum repeats for the morning EngSci club and the afternoon GirlSci club; MiniMed club and GirlMed Club share the same curriculum as well.
Lunch & Snacks:
Please provide a nut-free snack for your child to have during his/her club.
If you have registered your child for a morning club and for an afternoon club, please provide him/her with a nut-free lunch.
Location:
The drop-off and pick-up takes place inside the main entrance of the SITE building at 800 King Edward Avenue.
Cost:
$125 (for the winter session of ten clubs), payable by credit card online.

On-Campus March Break Camp
Are your children interested in participating in fun, hands-on engineering and science projects at the University of Ottawa?
