Satisfaction Survey
We are currently conducting a survey to gather patient feedback on how to improve the quality of service offered at UOHS. The survey has been distributed electronically to a randomly selected group of patients. The patient experience survey is conducted each year as part of our quality improvement plan. We sincerely thank all of the patients who complete the survey.
Closure of Rideau Street
Rideau Street, between Sussex Drive and Dalhousie Street, is completely closed to all vehicular traffic days and nights. The OC Transpo routes that normally serve Rideau will be changed. Check OC Transpo website.
Information for Dr. Torontour's former patients
UOHS is pleased to welcome Dr. Sam Torontour to our walk-in clinic. Dr Torontour comes to us from the Kitchissippi Medical Clinic where he recently closed his family practice. If you are a former patient of Dr Torontour’s please note that he did not transfer his family practice to UOHS. If you wish to see him, refer to the communication he sent to his patients on September 3rd for his schedule and come to our Walk in clinic during those hours. Patients are seen on a first come first serve basis (no appointments). Please refer to Dr Torontour’s communication for additional information regarding follow-up of test results, prescription renewal, chart transfer, etc.
