SLAC pronouced "slack" is a new innitative at the uOttawa Makerspace to enrich the maker community, get students and local business to network share some ideas for new projects and of course, enjoy a slice of pizza.
This event is open to everyone; students from uOttawa, Carleton, Algonquin, high school students, community members and local businesses.

From 7pm-10pm, the Makerspace, Makerlab, and Student Lounge in Colonel By Building wing B (rooms 109A, 109C, and 109D) will remain open for users to continue to 3D print and build late into the night.

Schedule:
7 pm- drop you bag, grab a nametag and get talking to people
7:15 pm-Pizza will arrive! Grab a slice and continue to talk
7:30 pm- Project idea pitch, there will be an open floor for anyone to come and pitch a project idea to find others who might like to get involved
8:10 pm-10 pm- Continue to network and Stay Late And Create!
