Long Night Against Procrastination (LNAP)

The Long Night Against Procrastination (LNAP) is an all-night study session held simultaneously in several universities across Canada in an effort to raise awareness about the dangers of procrastination. The purpose of this event is to offer academic and moral support to students at a critical time of the semester.

Please note that this event is open to uOttawa students only.

Registration

No registration is required—you can come and go as you please! Join us (alone or with your friends) to work on your assignments and to pick up healthier study habits that will help you overcome procrastination and achieve your academic goals.

  • The LNAP is entirely free of charge.
  • Coffee and healthy snacks will be served.
  • Dress comfortably—slippers are recommended!

Schedule

The activities listed in the schedule are not mandatory. You can choose to work alone or with your friends if you prefer. In both cases, it is the perfect occasion for you to call on the expertise of writing advisors and student mentors.

If you missed this year's LNAP, try the 30/30 Challenge: write for a period 30 minutes per day for 30 days. The result may surprise you!

If you have questions or comments, or if you are unable to access this year's schedule, contact our team.
