Summer accommodation in apartment-style residence

Many students living in an apartment-style residence sublet their room for the summer months. Check the Student Housing Billboard to see what’s available and consult the Sublet page to know how to proceed.  

September 2016

New students

Residence is guaranteed to most first-year students. (All residences, except 45 Mann and the houses.)

2^nd year students and up

You can now apply for non-guaranteed housing in one of the zones set aside for upper year students:

• 45 Mann – Hurry up! 
• 2 clusters in the Brooks Residence (75 Louis Pasteur and 620 King Edward)
• 2 floors in the Friel Residence

Return to residence

If you are living in Brooks or Hyman Soloway, and have not booked your room for next year, you can still do it, but remember that your request will only be considered after guaranteed housing applications have been processed. See the dates and deadlines page.
