Human Resource Management

The human resource management (HRM) option provides you with comprehensive knowledge of how to manage individuals and teams for organizational success. From recruiting and selection employees, to compensating, training and retaining them, you will learn how to ensure that both human effectiveness and well-being are maximized.
The Honours BCom (option in Human Resource Management) is available in CO-OP and French immersion.

Professional Designations
HRM students can choose specific courses to fulfill the academic requirements of the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation.
