Accounting allows undergraduate students to build a solid foundation in financial and managerial accounting, auditing, and taxation. Students not only learn to produce accurate financial statements but also study more complex topics in accounting. As part of their program, students are able to take all the courses required to apply for Ontario’s Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) designation, or to be flexible and take a more general accounting stream.

Professional Designations
As part of their program of study, accounting students at the Telfer School of Management can take all the courses required to pursue Ontario’s Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) professional designation.
