Ceremony Dates
Visit the Ceremony Dates page for the Order of Ceremony and Convocation dates and times.
Online application for Spring 2016 Convocation is open now at student.uwo.ca. Students must apply before April 30.
Attending graduates will have their portraits taken at Convocation, and Western will provide each a 5x7 photograph free of charge after the ceremony. Students are required to pre-register online here where they can select their ceremony date and time.
Students who did not pre-register should visit the Photography/DVD page for details on how to obtain their free photo.
Students can preorder their 2016 June Convocation DVD here, or order DVDs from prior years.

Each graduate will be eligible to receive up to 4 guest tickets, with the exception of King’s grads who will be eligible to receive up to 2 guest tickets due to the large size of their graduating class. Visit RSVP/Guest Tickets for more information.
Graduates can pre-order their regalia starting March 7 by visiting buildagrad.ca/Western.
