Research has always been one of the core strengths of the University of Ottawa.
The Faculty of Engineering at the University of Ottawa has embraced this mindset and has become one of the strongest places in Canada in which to conduct research in engineering.
Our researchers are all leaders in their field, and their efforts have resulted in growth in quality of life for all Canadians.
Our professors, including 14 Research Chairs and members of 6 Research Centres and Institutes, conduct research in a broad range of interests that have an impact that can be seen everywhere in our daily lives.
