For the week of February 29 to March 4, the main office of the GSAÉD is open Monday to Friday,10:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 14:00.

The main office of the Graduate Students’ Association is open on the following schedule:
Monday: 8:30 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 16:00
Tuesday: 8:30 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 16:00
Wednesday*: 8:30 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 16:00
Thursday: 8:30 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 16:00
Friday: 8:30 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 16:00
Note that the office is ordinarily closed from 12:00 to 13:00 for lunch.
