  26. K. Pendakur, R. Pendakur and P. Bevelander, "Are residential and workplace concentration correlated for immigrants?", Journal of International Migration and Integration

In this paper, using Swedish register data, we directly assess whether or not immigrants who live in residential neighbourhoods concentrated with immigrants also work in firms concentrated with immigrants. We find that there is very little correlation-- -both unconditionally and conditionally---between residential and workplace segregation, suggesting that policy could profitably target both types of segregation separately.
