4.7.3.4 Text Node Constructors / Normalization
"As formal specification of these conversion rules is not instructive,
[7.1.7 The fs:item-sequence-to-untypedAtomic function] implements this
conversion."
    That should be a cross-reference to:
    7.1.9 fs:item-sequence-to-untypedAtomic-text

This issue has been entered as FS erratum E030, and its fix has been
committed to the source files for the next edition of the FS document.
Consequently, I'm marking this issue resolved-FIXED, and CLOSED.
