Effective Management of Project Stakeholders

A great deal is said about the need to manage project stakeholders, but little is provided by way of guidelines on how to do it. This one-day workshop is full of helpful tools and techniques that guide you from the beginning of the project and the identification of the stakeholder to a successful end. You will examine the process of properly defining the needs and learn strategies for dealing with the varying styles, interests and needs of key stakeholders at different points in the project. Learn how to define the strategy for managing various stakeholders, achieve better results through clear, open and honest communication, minimize communication misunderstandings, and increase project buy-in.
