• LC-1 (bug 18623); this bug (now fixed/closed) required non-normative (editorial) changes to the spec and the Draft CR includes this bug's fixes

• LC-2 (bug 18509); this bug (now fixed/closed) required one non-normative (editorial) change to fix a typo and the Draft CR includes a fix for this bug
