A Dual License for the HTML Working Group

As of today, the HTML Working Group can publish some of their Recommendation-track specifications under a Dual License: Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported License (CC-BY) and the W3C Document License. Performance Timing Information: Part 2 – High Resolution Time

Getting HTML5 to Recommendation in 2014

100 Specifications for the Open Web Platform and Counting
