Technical Problems - Telephone Systems
January 27, 2009 - Due to technical problems, telephone systems may be experiencing short interruptions in service. We have switched to our back-up systems in order to minimize the inconvenience to the users while we determine the source of the issue. Calls in progress and incoming calls should not be affected.
As a result, your phone systems may experience the following problems:
- program keys may be unavailable
- the phone may go into configuration mode and unavailable for a short period of time (approximately 30 seconds)
