In 10.5.6 fn:seconds-from-duration, example has duration "-P256S", should be
"-PT256S".

(Note, I am now extracting the examples from the spec and testing them, so
there could be a few more on the way...)

Erratum E38 has been drafted to fix this typo. The bug is therefore being
marked fixed and closed.
