The Community Accessibility Training Program recognizes that accessibility, usability and universal design are complex. All employees have important roles to generate accessible environments. As such, provincial regulations require periodic training for all employees. The role of senior management is to provide the necessary leadership for organizational change. Together, IT, Human Resources and Administration are important players, specifically to sustain accessibility environments in the long term. The training being provided address all of the above areas.
