Last night was pretty interesting, there was a lot of breaking out into song, and people opening up about their first loves, and alot of other random things you see on an episode of Dr. Phil. I woke up to being covered in about 10 cigarette butts. I never really noticed how loud the flagpoles were at night. It was definitely a little colder than expected, but tolerable. The wind was pretty much what I thought it would be. As for awareness of 5 days, it looks like people have really started to take interest, so lets hope the pace stays… But then again, does it really have to take what we’re doing for people to start noticing?

Just got back from Vancouver less than an hour ago. When I was there I managed to stroll into Hastings for a bit. I thought, this is going to be me in a couple days. I still don’t know what to expect. Everyone is pretty energetic. It will be interesting to see what we are like in the days to come. Let’s hope it doesn’t drop below zero tonight.
