Spring Alumni Weekend!

I'm pleased to welcome our alumni back to campus, as we celebrate our first-ever Spring Alumni Weekend. As an alumnus myself, I have many fond memories of my time as a student here at the University of Ottawa, and I'm eager to reminisce with all of you.

There are more than 170,000 proud alumni across Canada and abroad, and the weekend will allow many of them to reconnect with old classmates and visit our campus once more. Various exciting activities will take place throughout the weekend, including fascinating lectures by some of our world-renowned experts, class reunions and campus tours. Check out our exciting program!

On Saturday, May 12, join us for Destination 2012, a gala celebration at the Canada Aviation and Space Museum. Come and reconnect with fellow alumni and friends as we celebrate the recipients of the 2012 Alumni Association Awards of Excellence. Alumnus Roch Voisine will perform, as will Jully Black. Alumna Erica Ehm and student Anne-Marie Roy will co-host the evening.

I look forward to seeing our alumni creating new memories on campus.
