And... action! SASS video contest underway
The Student Academic Success Service (SASS) has launched the second edition of its video contest My student experience at uOttawa. The contest closes on November 25, with the winner receiving an iPad2.Building on last year’s success, SASS invites uOttawa students to enter the contest by putting together a short video (three minutes max.) in which the participants (no more than three per team) present their best experience on campus.
“The contest represents an excellent opportunity for students to get involved in the activities organized on campus and also to highlight what they enjoy the most about their environment, such as their sports team, classes, department, campus or friends, the Rideau Canal, bilingualism…,” says SASS director Murray Sang.
You don’t have to be a movie expert to register, because the selection criteria focus on creativity and originality, not on video technique.
