Use the Password Management tool

Computing Assistance Request form

Number one

Call the Computing Help Centre, at 613-562-5800 ext. 6555 during business hours, to request a password reset.

Number Two

For your email, Montpetit lab, library account and more, use the Password Management tool via uoZone (current students) or InfoWeb (employees) to reset your password.

If you have forgotton your uoZone or InfoWeb password, call the Computing Help Centre (see option 1).

Number three

You can also use the Computing Assistance Request form.

If your request is for a forgotten email password, make sure to include an alternate email address as all follow-up will be sent to the email address you provide.

Locating the Password Management tool

Current Students

You only need one password to access uoZone and all its student Web tools.

  1. Log in via uoZone (opens a new window)
  2. In the Applications channel select InfoWeb
  3. From the left hand menu, choose Services then Password Management.

Employees

Applies to: centralized computer accounts (those managed by CCS e.g. InfoWeb, Library, Novell, My HR Profile, etc.)

  2. From the left hand menu, choose Services then Password Management.
