CLO / OPL Cahiers linguistiques d'Ottawa / Ottawa Papers in Linguistics

Cahiers Linguistiques d'Ottawa/Ottawa Papers in Linguistics (ISSN 0315-3967 print, ISSN 1913-4274 online) is a bilingual (English-French) peer-reviewed working paper series published by the Department of Linguistics of the University of Ottawa. CLO/OPL appears about once a year, although special issues on specific topics may appear at various times.

The basic purpose of the series is to disseminate new research in theoretical and empirical linguistics. Contributors include students and faculty members working in a variety of areas of language sciences, both in Canada and abroad.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

Beginning with Volume 36, CLO/ OPL is no longer being distributed in print form. We have switched to online publishing. We are pleased to introduce a new Articles to Appear feature in the menu. This page will include the newest articles that have been edited and approved for the coming issue before the issue is officially published. This allows us to publish articles quickly, to better fulfill our mandate as a working papers publication.

SUBMISSIONS

CLO/OPL is pleased to invite submissions in—but not limited to—areas such as syntax, phonology, phonetics, semantics, psycholinguistics and sociolinguistics. We accept submissions in either English or French.

IMPORTANT: Since CLO/OPL is a working papers series, publishing in CLO/OPL does not preclude publication elsewhere.
