IT-Reps Listserv
Are you an IT-rep?
- Do you provide or coordinate Desktop support (hardware and/or software) for your faculty or service?
- Does your job description reflect this responsibility?
If you answered yes to the questions above, you should be part of the IT-Reps listserv.
The IT-Reps listserv exists for two main purposes:
- It is used by CCS to brief the IT community about daily computing news and issues.
- It allows IT-Reps to share and discuss ideas, projects and general computing issues.
To become a member of the listserv, have your supervisor make a request on your behalf via the on-line help form or by contacting the Computing Help Centre at 613-562-5800 extension 6555.
Do you have a question or need help?
The most efficient way for us to receive your service requests is through the Computing Help Form. Call the Help Line at 6555 for all emergencies.Site Licenses
