On behalf of the professors and administrative staff, I welcome you to the Department of Linguistics.
This site contains useful information on our programs and facilities. Becoming familiar with it will help you make the most of your stay with us. Whenever you have a question about course choices or other aspects of the discipline, I invite you to contact the chair of the undergraduate studies committee for the baccalaureate programs or the chair of the committee on graduate studies for master's and doctoral issues.
And of course, as Department chairperson, I am always available to discuss any aspect of your program with you.
