Your gateway to the University of Ottawa

InfoService is a one-stop shop offering an array of client services where you can take care of transactions related to admission, registration and your financial account, among other things. Service is offered in person and by telephone, fax or e-mail.

Hours of operation

June 1st to August 31st
Monday to Friday – 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

September 1st to May 31st
Monday to Friday – 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Telephone services and the check-in counter (for general information and dropping off documents) remain open for an extra 30 minutes each day.

Get your e-bill! Invoices are no longer sent out by mail. You may access your statement of account and e-bill through the uoZone portal, under the “My finances” tab. For more information, consult the invoicing web page.
