The University of Ottawa is pleased to announce that it is now a member of eduroam (education roaming). Eduroam allows students, researchers and staff from participating institutions to securely access wireless Internet services when visiting other participating institutions.
The use of eduroam is free of charge and visitors are not required to obtain a guest account from the institution they are visiting. Once visitors associate with the eduroam SSID and enter their login credentials, they will enjoy wireless network services as long as they remain on campus.
