Reviewed status of CSS2.1: some edits to be made, issues list needs updating, some tests need updating
Resolved: Remove 'mark' properties from CSS3 Speech
Discussed speak: none and replacing it with an independent property. See fantasai's messages for problem and possible solution.
Discussed phonemes property. Key question is whether it is stylistic and belongs in CSS.
