Computing and Communications Services now provides support for Xerox machines!

October 31, 2008 - CCS is working on integrating additional support and resources to facilitate the use of your Xerox machines. Starting November 1, 2008, the CCS Computing Help Centre will provide technical support for Xerox machines.

You are no longer required to call Xerox for technical support; if a Xerox technician is required, the Computing Help Centre will transfer and monitor the process for you.

To request support, please complete the Computing Assistance Request Form, or for urgent requests call 6555. When requesting assistance for your device, please supply the:

  • device serial number (located on the front of the machine)
  • room location
  • description of the issue

The CCS Computing Help Centre offers Xerox device support relating to:

  • Toner
  • Paper jams
  • Scanning
  • Faxing
  • Copying
  • Printing
  • Email address book entries
  • Connecting to a device
