Password Change

Reset the password for any of your centralized computer accounts* using InfoWeb’s Password Management function.

You must be able to log in to InfoWeb  to do this! If you don’t yet have an InfoWeb account or have forgotten your InfoWeb password go to www.ccs.uottawa.ca/infoweb/infowebaccount.html.

To change a password, you will need to supply the following information:

• Your student / employee number
• The first and last three digits of your Social Insurance Number (SIN)
• Date of birth
• InfoWeb password

To begin the password change process, log in to InfoWeb and from the left hand menu, choose Services then Password Management.

*centralized computer accountsare those managed by Computing and Communications Services (C.C.S.).
