Summer Intern - St Andrews

Job Description

Golf Traveller is offering a paid summer internship based in our St Andrews office for a duration of 3 months, starting in June 2025. This internship is ideal for a student with a passion for golf and travel, eager to gain practical experience in a dynamic and growing business.

Interns will work closely with departments including Product, Marketing, Fulfilment and Sales, supporting both day-to-day operations and project-based work. There may also be opportunities to attend and assist with hosting at live golf events.

This is a hands-on opportunity to be treated as a core member of the team, contributing meaningfully to the growth of Golf Traveller.

Job Requirements

• This internship is designed for current university students
• Must be available full-time for 3 months starting June 2025
• Must be able to work in person from our St Andrews office for the duration of the programme
• Passion for golf is essential
• Interest in travel, hospitality or events is a plus
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Proactive, adaptable and a self-starter
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset
• No prior experience required, but enthusiasm and initiative are a must

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Product, Marketing, Fulfilment and Sales teams with daily tasks and ongoing projects
• Assist in planning and delivering bespoke golf travel experiences
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve service delivery
• Help coordinate logistics and guest communications for events and tours
• Conduct competitor research or assist in developing marketing collateral (as needed)
• Support operational processes, data entry and follow-ups related to client journeys
• Contribute to internal team events and broader company culture initiatives
