The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for recruitment, strong networking skills, and experience in the healthcare sector. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building relationships with clients and candidates, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Identify, attract, and recruit healthcare professionals for private care homes and NHS placements.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

·       Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.

·       Advertise job openings across various platforms and proactively source candidates.

·       Ensure compliance with healthcare recruitment regulations and standards.

·       Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive candidate experience.

Requirements:

·       Strong understanding of healthcare staffing needs and compliance requirements.

·       Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.

·       Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £35000-£3900.00 per annum
