MLOps Engineer – DV Cleared

Gravitas Recruitment Group is working with a client to recruit MLOps Engineers at Mid, Senior, and Lead levels. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of AI and machine learning, developing cutting-edge solutions in a high-impact environment. Due to the nature of the role, all candidates must hold DV clearance and preferably UKIC (UK Intelligence Community) DV.

About the Role

As an MLOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in helping our client productionise machine learning models, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and reliability. This position is ideal for engineers with a passion for open-source technologies, automation, and cloud computing.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement MLOps pipelines.
• Deploy and manage machine learning models in production environments.
• Develop infrastructure-as-code solutions using modern DevOps practices.
• Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and code reviews.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in MLOps and AI technologies.
• Mentor and support junior engineers, contributing to a strong engineering culture.

Skills & Experience

• Active DV clearance (UKIC DV preferred).
• Strong experience with Python for production-grade software development.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Expertise in DevOps tools and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Familiarity with modern ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary range: £40,000 – £85,000 per annum + 10% annual bonus + equity scheme.
