I'm partnering with a fast-growing fashion startup that’s redefining consumer experiences through cutting-edge data insights.


Role Overview:

We're looking for a VP/Head of Data to join their team on a contractual basis. This pivotal role involves defining and executing their data strategy, overseeing data infrastructure, and leading analytics initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Strategy: Help execute the current data strategy
  • Leadership: Lead and mentor 4 others within Data team
  • Analytics and Insights: Oversee the development of analytics frameworks to extract actionable insights, predict trends, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Data Governance: Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a VP of Data or in a similar senior data leadership role within a startup environment.​
  • Background in the fashion industry and consumer-focused businesses.​
  • Expertise in data architecture, data modeling, data governance, and Machine Learning.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, and R.​
