The Role


We are seeking an Employment Associate to join a specialist team working on a broad range of employment law matters, including:


  • Standalone advisory work, cross-border HR projects, and the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
  • General employee relations advice, contracts, and senior executive matters.
  • People issues arising from corporate transactions, outsourcing, and reorganisations.
  • International HR projects, global mobility, and immigration-related employment matters.


Who We’re Looking For


  • A qualified solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE in employment law.
  • Strong experience in non-contentious and transactional employment matters, with some exposure to contentious work.
  • Experience working across multiple sectors, including technology, life sciences, and financial services ideally though not a prerequisite.
  • A commercially minded, collaborative lawyer who thrives in a boutique environment.
