You strategically define, implement and execute the brands buying strategy plan, with ownership and accountability of classification KPIs to meet the commercial plans (maximizing additional assortment opportunities and mitigating unforeseen risks), using all available data points for informed decision making.
You ensure we offer the most relevant assortment to meet customer demand and continuously bring new brands on board, reflective of your classification strategy.
You lead strategic relationships with key brand partners and use your negotiation skills to deliver success for the business.
You ensure that relevant business information gets shared efficiently across the internal stakeholders and that relevant business messages and priorities are clearly communicated to drive success for your area of responsibility.
You support the Buying Director in setting and executing the business strategy.
As a strategic key user, you are driving existing processes/ tooling's forward and drive innovation and best practice sharing across the departments within your business unit.
Your Qualifications
Degree in business administration or comparable business training.
3+ years of professional experience in international buying in the Luxury & Premium Brands sector and you have a strong network of suppliers in this area.
You are an effective communicator, comfortable to present insights, learnings and complex topics to a variety of audiences, internally and externally.
You must be able to think and act entrepreneurially, analytically and strategically.
Fluent in spoken business English.
