Going Underground! Last Friday, our London and Reigate teams came together to uncover the hidden wonders of the Reigate Caves. We’re no strangers to boots and hard hats, but this time we weren’t on site. Instead, we ventured beneath the streets, just a stone’s throw from our regional office, to explore the fascinating history below. From pre-historic paintings and Roman designs to local stories of local legends, the caves were full of surprises. Small Project, Big Transformation ✨ We’re excited to share the before-and-after shots of our recent project at 28 Dover Street, Mayfair. Our landlord client wanted to enhance the user experience with a refresh of entrance and communal areas, creating a stronger first impression for both existing and prospective tenants. Through a carefully considered scope of works, we delivered a design that is elegant, modern and in keeping with the area and the building’s character. Every detail was thought through, from finishes to flow, helping to create a welcoming, high-quality experience and raising the property's appeal in a competitive market. A warm welcome at Wellington Gate Alchemy Asset Management Limited appointed us to design and deliver the transformation of Wellington Gate – a 16-week refurbishment spanning 14,500 ft² across six floors. Blending CAT A and CAT A+ fit-outs, the space was reimagined to meet the evolving expectations of today’s tenants, with a focus on flexibility, style and sustainability.
