Last week, we attended the NMBS Exhibition where our merchant team had the opportunity to connect with nationwide merchants. Jon and Paul were on hand to answer queries, discuss our products and demonstrate why we are one of the UK market leaders in the boiler and home heating industry. We were thrilled to attend the Housing Partnership Summit last month at the University of Salford, collaborating with housebuilders and other manufacturers to show our commitment to future technologies. Our Hybrid Product Manager, Navid, delivered a presentation on the future of heat in buildings and talked about the role of hybrid heat pumps, with a focus on our flexible and intelligent Compress 5800i Hybrid Heat Pump. The nation has spoken! 📢 According to our survey, 74% of Brits are currently locked in a battle with their other half over when to turn the heating off. Our new consumer campaign is now live. Its purpose is to generate awareness and increase interest in the home heating category, and we're thrilled to have enlisted the help of much-loved husband and wife podcasters and TV presenters, Chris and Rosie Ramsey, who help us uncover the most common disputes when it comes to relationships and heating the home. 🔥 We've also created a Perfect Match online tool that helps consumers find the perfect heating system for their home. As part of our Eco Network here at Worcester Bosch, we were proud to organise a lunchtime litter-picking event in partnership with our local RSPCA branch to support the Great British Spring Clean. Our colleagues joined forces with RSPCA volunteers to clean up Worcester Woods Country Park, helping to protect local wildlife and improve local environments. The event was a great success, with 20 bags of litter collected in total. We were honoured to have the support of our CEO, Carl Arntzen, who shared: "Sustainability is a key pillar in our strategy, and we are striving to act responsibly in all our operations. We litter pick around our business, so it was a wonderful opportunity to extend our reach. Also, as a team of people with a long history in Worcester, we love to give back to our community and our business offers every colleague the opportunity to use a working day to help a charity. What was so heartwarming about this activity was that they went above and beyond the normal volunteering day, as they generously gave up their lunch breaks to take part.” A huge thank you to everyone who took part and helped support this local initiative.

We partnered with Hillingdon Council and Bugler Developments to deliver six Compress 5800i AW heat pumps with pre-plumbed cylinders at their new build development in the London Borough of Hillingdon. With a goal of providing high quality, energy efficient heating to these affordable rent houses, the Quiet Mark certified CS5800i AW will provide a peaceful, efficient and comfortable environment for residents. The team work closely with the council on a number of projects, and in this one supported with the specification and design of the heat pumps, all the way through to commissioning. Today our Clean Heat Cashback promotion begins. With every Bosch heat pump install between 1 April 2025 and 31 March 2026, we're giving installers £500 cashback as our way of saying thank you for diversifying into electrified technology. This year we are continuing our push to encourage each and every one of our colleagues across the business to swap a working day for a volunteering day. These are days where teams or individuals can volunteer their time to support and give back to the local community. 💙 Some colleagues volunteered their time with STEPWAY CIO last week, supporting with clearing an area of wasteland for a Forestry School project. Great work team! 👏
