Do you have a mentally healthy workplace? ‘It is time to prioritise mental health in the workplace’ is the theme for this year’s World Mental Health Day, and we couldn’t agree more. Mental Health Foundation gives three tips to create a mentally healthy workplace: → Provide staff training on mental health → Tackle discrimination and bullying → Support open conversations about mental health In other words, foster inclusion for mental health within your workplace. Inclusion has so many benefits, including creating a business culture employees are proud to be a part of. We hope you find space to care for your mental health, in the workplace and at home, all year round. #WorldMentalHealthDay #MentalHealth #Workplace #Inclusion

REMINDER: You may have a truly diverse team and customer base, but that doesn’t mean you have inclusion. Diversity is often thought of as a tick-box exercise, with teams thinking the job is done when there is ‘visible diversity’ e.g. having more than one gender and some ethnic diversity 1 → This isn’t true diversity, and 2 → This doesn’t mean you have fostered inclusion. As Vernā Myers' saying goes, “Diversity is being invited to the party; inclusion is being asked to dance”. Having a diverse team doesn’t mean you are providing everyone with the same opportunity to progress, express themselves, or sense of belonging. That’s where we come in. #Diversity #Inclusion
