With 15 years of experience and leading a team of 65+ members, I faced challenges as a woman in technology in my early years, which resulted in me always pushing the limit of my skills.   Years back, we wanted to enhance the performance of a system, and that day, I decided that I would be the one to find the solution. When they say, ''A leadership role is out of reach" 😒   "Hey there! I'm Pakinam ElAmein Abdelaziz Hussein, a Project and Demand Manager at VOIS. A While back, I had the chance to build and lead a massive team for a major project. It was a wild ride, and I often heard an inner voice saying, 'Isn't that too tough for you?' which made me doubt myself and my ability to lead and motivate others.   I shared my struggles with my fantastic leader and Godfather in Technology, "Tamer Kandil", who told me, "When negativity weighs you down, go out and help someone else." That simple act filled me with renewed energy and purpose. I started mentoring each new member I hired, just as I had been mentored with motivation and encouragement.
