    I had the privilege of joining a huddle with Up World this week to explore how practicing curiosity can fuel creative thinking. A huge thank you to Hannah Stapley-Parker for inspiring us to reflect on where our curiosity comes from and why it’s so essential - especially in Client Services. The session took me back to the early days of my career when I hesitated to ask questions, worried about saying the ‘wrong’ thing. It can be intimidating to speak up, especially in meetings where you feel out of your depth. But one of the best pieces of advice I ever received was simple: ask at least one question in every meeting. (of course, I have Jo Fishburn to thank for that!)
