  • 💅 Hard as Nails – Breaking Stereotypes, One Nail at a Time 💅 Recently the team took part in the awesome Hard as Nails campaign, proudly spearheaded by our Lead Agile Coach, Carlo Beschi 🌟. The initiative challenges outdated stereotypes, encouraging open conversations around masculinity and mental health. Men across the business got involved by painting their nails. Some even took part in the official research, adding their voices to this important movement. And for some painted nails were already a part of their everyday life—a simple yet powerful way to express themselves…. “As someone who has been painting my nails for years, it’s incredible to see more men embracing this small yet meaningful act of self-expression. Initiatives like Hard as Nails help break down outdated norms and open up important conversations. Seeing colleagues take part, reflect on their experiences, and even continue beyond the campaign shows real progress.     Accelerating Action for Future Women in Beauty Since 2019, the number of 16-24-year-olds working in the beauty industry has fallen by over 35%. That’s a generation of talent, creativity, and ambition that we risk losing. For many women, beauty is more than a passion—it’s a career, a livelihood, and a path to independence. But starting and running a business isn’t easy, with financial hurdles often standing in the way. We’re taking this moment, this International Women’s Day to recognise and celebrate the craft, grit and entrepreneurial drive of our salon owners, in the hopes that by sharing these salon stories we may inspire the future generation. We’re sharing the stories of female salon owners across the UK, France, Italy, and Spain. In this video, Nadia S. shares her journey—the challenges she’s faced, how she built her business, and the advice she wishes she had when starting out.     We’re excited to announce the launch of Treatwell's Tap to Pay, powered by Stripe! It gives our partners the ability to accept contactless payments in person, directly on a compatible smartphone from the Treatwell Connect App—no extra hardware required. This marks another proud step in strengthening our partnership with Stripe, bringing seamless payment solutions to our salon partners across Europe. Thousands of partners have already successfully adopted Tap to Pay in their daily routines. This is just the beginning, we look forward to the next steps in expanding internationally.
