The Duppy Share are leading a rum revolution with their smooth, golden Caribbean blend and mischievous spirit. Duppies are Caribbean ghosts, originating from the island of Jamaica and known to have a special love of rum. Legend has it that the dark Duppy spirits swoop between islands stealing the best share of the rum as its left ageing in old oak barrels. They may quite possibly then head off into the sunset to have a massive party. This is The Duppy Share.

MINCE PIE ESPRESSO MARTINI. 👇TAG a Mince Pie obsessed mate who needs this in their life! Made this for Josie Gibson's Ultimate Christmas Gift Guide on Channel 4. Super easy and delicious - definitely one to give a try! -35ml Duppy Share Dark Rum -15ml Amaretto -15ml Coffee Liqueur (I’ve used Café Solo) -5ml Golden Syrup -1 tsp Mince Meat (you can just spoon this out of your mince pie!) -1 Shot espresso METHOD: 1. Add Mince Meat, Espresso and Golden Syrup into a shaking tin. Stir for around 30 seconds to allow mince meat flavours to gently infuse with the coffee 2. Add remaining ingredients into the tin and give a quick stir 3. Add ice and shake hard 4. Tea strain the liquid into a martini glass 5.
