  • I do not think that beliefs are set in stone. I have certainly changed my beliefs over the years. But I know of people who are so rigid and they wonder why their life is a mess.... when all they need to do is open up to change. Change their beliefs and change their destiny. 💡So my challenge for you today - Is to be more open minded - Truly listen to what people are saying - Have more of an explorers mind - Question why someone believes what they believe.   • Humans cannot keep turning a blind eye to reality. Animals bred for human consumption need grains as food. As the population increases, that means more grain for more farmed animals. That means more land needed for farmed animals and grain growth. The earth has only so much space, for more and more humans, farmed animals and the grains to feed these animals. Solution - change to a plant based diet. Instantly, the land required for grain production is reduced to a quarter.   • DO YOU TELL YOURSELF FREQUENTLY, THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE THE TIME TO EXERCISE? I am certainly lucky where I live. Within 5 minutes drive, I can be in countryside. So yesterday, I met up with an online 121 client, for a walk down country lanes, to demonstrate what is available on her doorstep. And how she could utilised the time taking and making calls. Add to this - RUCKING - where she was wearing a backpack with some weight in it, to make her heart work a bit more and her legs and core to be challenged. It’s like trying to turn a cruise ship around in a narrow canal. 🚢 It takes effort, intention, and patience. But here’s the good news: with the right strategies, you can create positive habits that elevate your life 🌟 while gently waving goodbye to the ones that no longer serve you. 👋 🚩 The Problem: Why Habits Feel Impossible to Change Habits are sneaky—they live in the subconscious. Most of our daily actions are on autopilot 🤖, so breaking old patterns can feel like pushing a boulder uphill 🪨. Add to that the all-or-nothing mindset (“I missed a day, so I’ve failed”) or trying to overhaul everything at once, and it’s no wonder many give up before they even get started. 💡 The Solution: Cultivate Habits That Stick Here’s how you can shed those pesky negative habits and build life-changing positive ones: 1️⃣ Start Small. Forget trying to change everything overnight. Focus on one habit at a time. Want to move more? Start with 5 minutes a day, not an hour.
