With London Landmarks Half Marathon almost upon us, we want to highlight one of our runner’s, Spencer Ham’s story and why it is so importance not to ignore any changes and if something doesn’t feel right ‘below to belt’ to speak to your healthcare professional. Spencer noticed some changes on his foreskin “If the issue was anywhere else on my body, it wouldn’t be embarrassing and that’s even more reason for sharing and raising awareness.” The doctor advised to remove the foreskin for analysis. Fortunately, there was no cancer, and Spencer is keen to encourage men “if in doubt, get checked out”. If you would like to read Spencer’s story, you can visit https://ow.ly/rOA550VoIYl
