On Thursday we will be attending Cafe Aspire along with other local organisations to discuss the work we do and how we can support families across the borough Pop in and meet us, have a coffee and pick our brains on how we can help you! 😃

What a lovely afternoon spent with our seated exercise group who participated in our fundraising event to raise money for resources and equipment to make their sessions even better! We had our usual exercises followed by a biscuit quiz, raffle and the drawing of our name card….well done Fred 👏🏻 Huge well done to Sharron, Chris and everyone who has donated raffle prizes. We do it all again on Friday where we will be playing Bingo…eyes down 👀

𝔽𝕦𝕟𝕕𝕣𝕒𝕚𝕤𝕖𝕣 𝕒𝕥 𝕋𝕙𝕖 𝕋𝕣𝕚𝕟 Tomorrow we host the first of our fundraising events as we raise vital funds for our seated exercise group. 𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐧 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐠𝐲𝐦 🏋️ Our 3️⃣0️⃣-4️⃣-3️⃣0️⃣ membership is great for flexibility for those with busy calendars. This means you get 30 days membership for £30 to use the Community Gym, Boxing Gym and Classes. Join today and you can access our facilities 7 days per week for 30 days. There are no additional joining fees or long contracts. 🛴𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗡 𝗕𝗢𝗪𝗟 𝗕𝗔𝗖𝗞 𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗡 🛹 We are excited to announce that as of 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟯𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 the skatepark will be back open. The bowl was closed due to the area being part of the construction site for our new Sports Centre. Now that the Sports Centre is open, we are reopening the bowl. We have grass seeded the new embankment which will take a few weeks, we kindly ask that you show your respect and keep off this area please 🙏 As part of the terms and conditions to use the skatepark, the following rules are in place: ▪️Access will only be available when our building is open during the opening times below or until darkness. ▪️ All riders must wear helmets. ▪️ No alcohol or substance use on site. ▪️ No rubbish to be left in or around the bowl ▪️ All riders must register on our website - this is free but provides us with details of riders and includes next of kin and medical info. - for those under 18, parents must create an account then later add their child/children under the ‘people’ section. Please note that you will be required to authorise your account via your email address - if you don’t receive an email please check your spam.
