🚀National Apprenticeship Week 2025! 🚀 In 2023 Alcumus launched its first apprenticeship within Wales, specifically within our Customer Care Advisor team. Fast forward to 2025 and our Customer Care apprenticeship is still going strong, we are still partnered with the Coleg Y Cymoedd allowing individuals to gain ‘on the job’ experience, develop new skills and contribute to the growth of our fast-growing company. All of our apprenticeship courses are tailored to experience and abilities, with allocated time for you to study in our Cardiff Office. At Alcumus we are all about enjoying the journey, which is why throughout our individuals learning journey, they receive support from Coleg Y Cymoedd, their Line Manager, the Future Talent Business Partner, and a Learning and Development Partner (who creates a learning plan, running alongside their apprenticeship enabling additional learning across the business). 👀 If you or someone you know is interested in apprenticeships keep your eyes peeled on our Alcumus page where this year will see some more exciting opportunities coming! 🌍 Apprenticeships: Building the workforce of tomorrow, today! 🌍 📢 We spoke to three of our Customer Care Advisors about their experiences. 🌍 Happy Earth Day 2024! 🌍 On this Earth Day, Alcumus is reaffirming our promise to take care of the environment and engage with our communities. We're thrilled to announce our participation in the 'Litter Free Zones' project, led by Keep Wales Tidy #CaruCymru. By joining forces to keep our communities litter-free where we operate, we empower our employees to make a meaningful difference. Our team in the Cardiff office are leading the charge, and we're in the process of rolling out similar setups across our global offices. Additionally, our Planet Mark division collaborated with Bywaters, a valued long-term partner, for an Earth Day Litter Pick.
