🤔 What makes a good awards submission? Since Group GTI and targetjobs UK opened the entries for their 2025 Awards, we wanted to share some tips for crafting a winning submission for our sponsored category and beyond! What can you do? 🔎 Focus on the categories that that genuinely showcase your strengths 📍 Address each question directly and precisely (stick to the point and word limit!) 💡 Pro Tip: Think like a judge. The judges are human and have to evaluate many submissions, so do your best to make your submission easy to score and impossible to overlook. Your goal?
