Neighbourhood in the news 📰 If you didn't already know, over 40 new townhouses are available to buy in the Moor Lane area of Bolton, and in this recent article from The Bolton News, we explain exactly why they are such a steal. Our Bolton Branch Manager, Matthew Peters commented, "They are a lot bigger and a lot brighter than they seem. The architectural style is unique but some aspects of it are taken from the surroundings so it is not unsympathetic to the surroundings. "There is a lot of interest including an investor who is interested in a few of them because of their town centre location and because of their transport links. Today I had the chance to try out a construction plant machine simulator at our Pagefield centre of excellence campus, and it was an eye-opening experience! 🌟 Students got real hands-on insight into various career paths within the construction industry. 🏗️💼 These interactive simulator sessions are not only fun but also serve as an educational tool to explore the diverse career options available in construction.
